Warranty

 Warranty T&C

 

BAJ Interiors warrants for 1 year from the date of handover to the original purchaser that all products will be free from any manufacturing defect like de-lamination, functionality of Hardware etc. The warranty only applies if the products are properly maintained and used for normal domestic use. The warranty period for hardware, accessories and appliances used for all our products will be the same as that offered by the original equipment manufacturer.

 

BAJ Interiors does not warrant against and is not responsible for any condition of the product attributable to; or any damage to products caused by any of the following:

  1. Wear and tear suffered through normal use (including scratches, dents and cuts) or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

  2. The warranty does NOT cover rusting of channels, hinges and other metallic parts. These could be damaged due to household chemicals and sprays. Hence, care is to be taken while using such products around hardware and accessories. Water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface beyond 72 hours for BWP grade plywood (IS710).

  3. Degradation, fading, etc. in colour, grain or texture of natural wood materials, laminates and other covering materials due to sunlight or other environmental factors; fading, discolouration or damage caused by exposure to intensive or excessive light, moisture or heat.

  4. Mistreatment, negligent use, misuse, insufficient or improper care (including but not limited to exposure to harsh weather conditions).

  5. Warranty support will NOT be provided if the client fails to clear the final due amount on the day of Final handover.

  6. No warranty will be applicable on items provided or purchased by the client. Only carpenter support may be provided, subject to feasibility and at the company’s discretion.

  7. Warranty will not be offered for partial or incomplete renovation work.

  8. Warranty will not be offered for work that the client insists on proceeding with, despite being informed in advance about potential issues. Such exceptions will be clearly documented and acknowledged by the client prior to execution.

  9. Brand warranty on hardware items will not be applicable if the client fails to pay the applicable taxes.

  10. Electrical item warranty will be as per brand and two years warranty on Havells/GM/Hybec brand products.

  11. BAJ Interiors does not provide warranty on items such as wallpapers, wall stone claddings, tiles, or any other type of wall fixtures. Additionally, any issues arising due to pre-existing wall conditions, such as defective putty, primer, or plaster, will not be covered under warranty.

  12. Warranty is applicable only for Woodwork and Electrical Work. No warranty on plumbing shifting, plumbing connections of taps, civil work, granite work, tiles work, painting job, curtains/blinds or curtains fixing and bathroom accessories fixing.

  13. Alterations, modifications or use of products which is beyond or inconsistent with supplied product instructions and has not been authorised by bajinteriors.com.

  14. No warranty on Glass/Mirror. Gold, Pink, and Bronze mirrors are imported. No warranty for these imported designer mirror products.

  15. Only Normal Mirror & Clear Glass will be from AIS. 1 year warranty on Saint Gobain products from the brand itself.

  16. Hardware Warranty: 7-10 Years of warranty on Hettich hardware, 15 years of warranty on Blum hardware, 5 years on Hafele SS-304 hinges, 1-year warranty on Hafele normal hinges, 1-year warranty on Hafele telescopic channel and 1-year warranty on the appliances (Note: The above warranty is applicable directly from the respective brands as per their terms and conditions).

  17. Merino Super BWP plywood 10-year brand warranty ply BWP 710 Grade of 16mm thickness for Kitchen Base Unit, Units in Wet Area, Wash Basin Unit Carcass & 18 mm Green Panel HDWR for Shutters.

  18. Greenply EcoTech MR plywood 5-year brand warranty ply MR IS: 303 Grade of 16mm thickness for Wardrobe, Study, Crockery, Pooja Carcass & 19mm MR Block Board for Shutters.

  19. 10 Years Brand Warranty on ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) 6mm thickness for the back ply of Kitchen Base Unit.

  20. Plywood 7-year brand warranty ply MR IS: 303 Grade of 6mm thickness for the back ply of Wardrobe, Study, Crockery, Pooja, Shoe Units, Wall units, tall units etc. 

  21. BAJ Interiors's Exclusive & Lumbor MR plywood lifetime brand warranty ply MR IS: 303 Grade of 16mm thickness for Wardrobe, Study, Crockery, Pooja Carcass & 19mm MR Block Board for Shutters.​
