1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Project Cancellation by Client

• Cancellation before the commencement of the project may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the stage of planning and resource allocation.

• Once the design process or execution has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, as costs are incurred for materials, labor, and design efforts.

• We reserve the right to cancel a project under unforeseen circumstances such as legal restrictions, non-compliance by the client, or failure to make payments as agreed.

• In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• If the project is canceled before any work begins, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

• If a client is dissatisfied with the initial design phase and chooses to discontinue, a partial refund may be provided based on work completed.

• No refunds will be issued once the project enters the execution phase (procurement, site work, or installation).

2.2 Non-Refundable Charges

• Consultation fees, site visits, and initial design charges are non-refundable.

• Custom orders, materials purchased, and labor costs incurred are non-refundable.

• Payments made for third-party services (such as contractors, suppliers, or vendors) are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as per mutual agreement.

• Any processing fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
