1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Project Cancellation by Client

Cancellation before the commencement of the project may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the stage of planning and resource allocation.

Once the design process or execution has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, as costs are incurred for materials, labor, and design efforts.
1.2 Cancellation by BAJ Interiors

We reserve the right to cancel a project under unforeseen circumstances such as legal restrictions, non-compliance by the client, or failure to make payments as agreed.

In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

If the project is canceled before any work begins, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

If a client is dissatisfied with the initial design phase and chooses to discontinue, a partial refund may be provided based on work completed.

No refunds will be issued once the project enters the execution phase (procurement, site work, or installation).
2.2 Non-Refundable Charges

Consultation fees, site visits, and initial design charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders, materials purchased, and labor costs incurred are non-refundable.

Payments made for third-party services (such as contractors, suppliers, or vendors) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as per mutual agreement.

Any processing fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
